Sarawak’s Imperial Group of Hotels <br>Launches Successful Digital Loyalty Program with Core System Technologies

In July 2019, the Imperial Group of Hotels in Sarawak, Malaysia partnered with Core System Technologies to launch their own digital loyalty app, One Imperial Rewards. The group, which comprises of four hotels in Kuching and Miri, was looking to increase direct bookings and improve guest retention.

One Imperial Rewards offers several key features to hotel guests, including membership registration, room booking with instant confirmation, and a rewards system that allows guests to earn points for their stays and redeem them for exclusive promotions and discounts.

The app was officially launched in November 2019 and has already attracted a large number of members, with the group reporting a significant increase in direct bookings and guest retention rates.

In addition to its loyalty features, One Imperial Rewards also offers promotional deals for guests, such as discounted room rates and package deals. The app has proven to be a valuable asset for the Imperial Group of Hotels, helping them to optimize their promotional efforts and better engage with their guests.
