Impiana Hotel Senai Joins Hello Loyalty Platform

In February 2022, Impiana Hotel Senai signed up with Core System Technologies' Hello Loyalty platform in an effort to convert their traditional loyalty program into a digital one. The resulting app, called Impiana Rewards, offers membership, reward points, and promotional deals to guests. The hotel plans to implement room bookings through the app by 2023.

The decision to use Hello Loyalty was driven by a desire to provide a better experience for existing members, allowing them to easily manage their membership through the app. The onboarding of Impiana Hotel Senai marks the expansion of Hello Loyalty into West Malaysia for Core System Technologies.

This pilot project with Impiana Hotel Senai has the potential to lead to the inclusion of all Impiana hotels in the platform in the future.
