Insiders Club Loyalty App:<br>A Success Story for Riverside Majestic Hotel and Grand Margherita Hotel

In 2018, Riverside Majestic Hotel Kuching and Grand Margherita Hotel Kuching sought to increase direct bookings and improve guest retention. They partnered with Core System Technologies to pilot a digital loyalty app, Insiders Club Loyalty.
The hotels were looking for a solution to drive more direct bookings and increase their rate margins for room bookings. They also wanted to improve guest retention by offering a loyalty program.
Core System Technologies proposed the development of a digital loyalty app for the hotels. The app allowed guests to register and become loyal members, with the ability to book rooms with instant confirmation and access special promotional deals, such as discounted rates and Friday Japanese buffet dinners.
Upon its launch in November 2018, Insiders Club Loyalty quickly became the #1 digital loyalty program in Sarawak, attracting over 10,000 members in its first month. The app helped drive more direct bookings and increase the rate margins for room bookings at both hotels.
The success of Insiders Club Loyalty demonstrates the value of digital loyalty programs in the hospitality industry. By offering a convenient and rewarding loyalty experience, hotels can attract and retain more guests, ultimately leading to increased revenue and profitability.
