Insiders Club Loyalty App 2.0 <br>Launched with New Generation Reward Points and Three Participating Hotels

In May 2019, Riverside Majestic Hotel Kuching and Grand Margherita Hotel Kuching launched the new and improved Insiders Club Loyalty App, version 2.0. This update included the addition of a reward point system, which allows guests to earn points for every booking made through the app and redeem those points for instant rewards or use the "pay-by-point" feature for their bookings.
In addition to these new features, the Insiders Club Loyalty App also expanded to include a third hotel, Riverside Majestic Hotel Astana Wing. The app now offers its services to guests staying at any of the three hotels in the group.
The launch of the updated app was met with great success, with the hotels' member drive campaign seeing a tremendous response. This further solidifies the Insiders Club Loyalty App as the #1 digital loyalty program in Sarawak, Malaysia.
