Penview Group of Hotels Launches Infinity Rewards Digital Loyalty App using Hello Loyalty Platform

The Penview Group of Hotels in Sarawak has announced the launch of their new digital loyalty program, Infinity Rewards, developed in partnership with Core System Technologies. The program, which officially launched in February 2020, offers guests staying at any of the group's three hotels – Penview Hotel Kuching, Seri Simanggang Hotel in Sri Aman, and Purnama Hotel in Limbang – the ability to earn and redeem rewards points, as well as access exclusive promotional deals and membership perks.
The Infinity Rewards program aims to provide regular travelers across Sarawak with a convenient way to book rooms and access a variety of benefits when staying at any of the group's properties. With a focus on offering a personalized and seamless experience for guests, the program is expected to drive direct bookings and increase guest retention for the Penview Group of Hotels.
